    I have a buddy who has one in PB, FL and loves it. Best of both worlds if you ask me. Just dont forget to let L4Pers rent it at a discount when its FREEZING up here in the NE

    people buy em and rent em out to vacationers, my sis has stayed in a few of them back in PI when she goes to visit with her fam

    as far as investment IMO...as of now everything is on sale...its up to you to take that risk, if i could i would!
