Default Bella Vista - Los Gatos, CA

One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in a "new home community". Client of ours is trying to purchase a home in this community. Luxury community of around 30 properties.. near the lake.

around 3,800 Sq Feet + 780 Sq Ft Basement.

    basement:

    room:

When my boss went by today he said there was a Maserati parked outside along with other luxury cars.. maybe someone on L4P lives in this community?

Anyways, great community beautiful house, one of the better places to live in Silicon Valley.

Just sharing. Learn more here: http://www.robsonhomes.com/bellavist...ur-cordova.htm I am not associated with Bella Vista.

That house is awesome. It looks quite "warm"

My favorite house on l4p is still raw's old place, because i loved the interior style.
    No Doubt!

Raw's old place was done up well. This home looks sweet, but I had the pick between this and Raw's old place, I'd take Raw's place.

A world where medical advances allow us to live forever is a terrifying thought...

It's a nice spot; one of my friends lives in one of the houses towards the front

I agree, Raw's place was nicely laid out and was a great place to go for his superbowl parties, lots of room to spread out.

This place posted seems cramped to me, the living room is very nice but theres no leg room with 2 couches and table in middle, the pool table looks out of place.. maybe its just the pics..

This specific one around 3800 + basement is listed for $1,999,999. client is offering 1,900,000 all cash. maybe they will take it.

I love Raw's place no doubt. i said most beautiful place in a "new home community". never been to Raw's place but from photos, nice as hell! Some new home communities dont really wow me, and this one just jumped out. a lot of its place is spent in hallways..

The master bedroom isnt too big though.. compared to other rooms. the bathroom / closet is big though..
