It is vital that we work to a few golden rules. Always work in a small team. Keep a very low profile. Only deal with people who come recommended. And it's like selling anything else: washing machines, hand made shoes, blowjobs. As long as you don't take the piss people will always come back for more. And that is not to say we don't have that special kind of magic that makes two kilos into three. But never be too greedy.

for 6 million you can get some much nicer homes in LA with better views IMO (nicer bachelor pads) but i do like the modern style.

I love this place Ray......its up on the hill right behind the Hyatt Sunset Strip (you can see it from the pics) which is (from what i know being a noob in LA) a pretty cool location!
I do agree with SS tho --- the modern thing is a BIT overdone and needs to be made to feel a tad more "homey" for my tastes.- 2012 PORSCHE Cayman R White on Black, 6 speed
