    Default 4.5% fixed rate

Here is a potential good opportunity to get your home loan fixed for the life of the loan at a low rate of 4.5%, if it is true

30 year fixed at 4.5% with a loan limit of 730K would help me out nicely.

As Secure said, I'll believe it when I see it (and sign on it)
