Cool Cupertino, CA Brand New House - Pix Almost 5000 Total Sq.Feet

Sharing a good friend of mine's house he just finished building.
He is a contractor that builds in Palo Alto, Saratoga, Cupertino, and Los Altos. This was supposed to be his Owner Occupied home, so extra work went into the house.

4,300 Sq. Feet with 650+ Sq. Feet Guest House. Guest house has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with full kitchen. Fully permitted.

Main house: 3 Bedroom 1 Office / Den. 2 of the bedrooms are full Suites (Master + downstairs suite)

Everything used in the house is top quality.
Full digital Music / Intercom system throughout the house, accessible in every room.

Full gourmet kitchen with 6 gas burners + water access at stove for soups. Wine fridge in island, full Stainless steel appliances.

The Flooring downstairs is heated underneath for those cold nights and all ceilings are vaulted with 2 layers.

Wrought Iron staircase hardwood floors throughout.

Steamroom in Masterbath and full $10,000+ Jacuzzis in masterbath upstairs and suite downstairs.

Full wood cabinets are built in. see pics to enjoy.

Personally, one of the best houses i have seen (quality wise) interior. and my friend decided that he wants to live in his Palo Alto house instead as Owner occ so he asked me if i knew anyone that is looking to buy in this area:

    Zip: 95014.
Near Stevens Creek / De Anza Blvd.
Walking distance to Apple (I think - depends on how much you want to exercise) and Symantec, etc.

I am giving L4P First dibs on the house as my firm will list on MLS in 1-2 weeks.

$2.6M Asking for Public, $2.5M Asking for L4P

I just shot these photos today. I know theyre not as good as Kirby's or Tony's but.. i did wat i can..

    I love that kitchen.

It is vital that we work to a few golden rules. Always work in a small team. Keep a very low profile. Only deal with people who come recommended. And it's like selling anything else: washing machines, hand made shoes, blowjobs. As long as you don't take the piss people will always come back for more. And that is not to say we don't have that special kind of magic that makes two kilos into three. But never be too greedy.

A world where medical advances allow us to live forever is a terrifying thought...
