Heading out today to shop around for rental properties in SF. Leaning towards Mission Bay/SOMA/South Beach area for 1/2 bedroom. Prefer newer construction residences (gas), parking, etc.

Any recommendations for a mid-20's guy looking for a bachelor pad in SF but with decent streets to drive around in? Don't really dig the super hill'y roads in SF, would tear any front bumper up.

Would love to hear from some real estate agents specialized in rental properties in SF.
