    Default :: Sold My Home Today ::

    I have been waiting for everything to wrap up very anxiously, the market has taken a nose dive and there is a new house for sale popping up every minute. I feel so lucky that I have been able to sell my house and seat on the cash for a while hoping new opportunities would show themselves. I am hoping to pick up a nice fixer upper in a while and move back to my old neighborhood, I will be renting a place for a year and working on the new fixer upper during the 1 year that I will be in the rental. Here is a few pics of my house that I have sold.
