Default New Vacation house in Tahoe

I know I haven't been around here much lately I've been working WAY to much at work and I was trying to swing this deal on top of all that. Every thing came together really fast my wife liked the place and it fits within our future plans so here are a couple of photographs of our new weekend home in Tahoe.

Not very many of the homes in Tahoe at least on the South Lake side have under ground utilities and that was a must for the wife and I.
Three bedrooms with two and half baths and a two car garage!

It backs up to a National Forest open space called the Truckee Marsh with hiking trails and cross country in the winter.

The place is not that old 1992 but the kitchen needs to be replace and my wife is full on into redoing that as I write!

The best part I like is the great room up stairs for parties I am sure it will get a L4P workout when everything is ready!

Sweet pad! Love Tahoe. Haven't been there in a while. Hopefully soon. We should have a L4P winter party up there.

Congratulations, looks like a beautiful home.

I plan on spending almost every winter weekend on the slopes, so I've been pushing a couple friends to BUY up there.

Agreed. I've got flyers from 2004 that I've kept. I'll be revisiting those.

Would you believe some homes from 2006 (went to an open house then) are still for sale today? Yikes!

Might have to follow in your footsteps in the next 12 months, should things work out.

    Congrats Craig
She looks like a good summer camp place even with the current kitchen.
But since you saved on the purchase price, why not upgrade the kitchen is in your thoughts and I agree

How far are you from the lake?
