Thread: Sweet 997 Carrera GTS with Aerokit @ Shark Werks

This stunning white Carrera GTS already looked the part with its factory Aerokit package but didn't quite sound the part. Although pre-configured with the Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) system the car came in for the SharkWerks center exhaust replacement for a more aggressive sound.

Up on the lift she goes and notice the GT3-esque tail:


The center section is what's about to be replaced. This piece is the same one as found on any 2009+ 997.2 and on the inside has two sharp (and restrictive) 180 degree bends. Straighten those out and you get better flow and sound (and weight savings).


And on goes the SharkWerks exhaust mounted to the factory locations:


Very nicely outfitted and a 6speed too!


A simple, fast and fun way to modifiy one of our favorite looking GTS' and now ready to go home:
