Default Battery Failure on a 911. Help?

Okay so this is officially a fail on my end. I left the headlights on after a late night out on the 911... Battery was dead. I took it out to get it recharged and i closed the hatch.... Now there's no battery in the car so when i do the emergency hatch release to replace the battery naturally it won't work...

Normally i'd never close the hatch but since i am living in a condo now and not in a real garage i didn't feel safe leaving it up. Didn't even think about it till now - trying to put the battery in.

    Sooo any advice? Its a 2003 911 C4S.

you should be able to reverse charge it, there is a positive terminal under the fuse panel on drivers side dash... if you can get a battery charger on it you might have enough juice to atleast pop the frunk again.. i know i have done that on the 996..

Yea, Finally figured it out using the C3 fuse. Just took a little while longer.
    Thanks.

i didn't know you could do that (reverse charge it) with the battery out (it didn't work for me) but i have done the same thing (close the hood w/ the battery out.)

there's a chord in front of the passenger side tire that can be pulled to also release the trunk. if you can jack the car up, and have small hands, you might be able to get to it. if you can't, take the tire off. (of course, your jack and/or lug wrench might be in the trunk.)

    stupid design imo.
