Default what classic porshce would you buy?

Let me give you the story:
ever since i was a little kid i have wanted a porsche. i loved the 930's from the 80's when i was a kid and always have.

in the next 2 years i am buying a house,

so the Porsche is next, it is on my list to buy for my 29th birthday.

i would like to know what classic Porsche would be a good one to buy and why?

here's the only catch i want to keep it below 25k.

i don't mind working on cars, i am very good at it.

928 would be under 25k, why: could become something worth money in the future, still a great driving car, decent aftermarket.

other car: 993 C2 are like 30k, may go down a lil more before it creeps back up in value. 930 is probably right around 25k

944 turbo's in mint condition, handle great, dirt fricken cheap(15k tops) fun as hell to drive, great fun at a track. that's all.

I own an '87 944, a lot of fun to drive, handles great and does what I want it to at the track.

You definitely should get the '93 black 911 Turbo that Will Smith drives in Bad Boys:

When you say "classic porsche" you mean 911 correct?...a 944 and 928 are not true "classic" porsches in my book....Honestly get an 87 911 or up. There fuel injected engines are reliable and fun to drive! Why 87? G50 transmission...Better throws, ratios, better driving and everyone wants a g50 over the older 915. I personally have owned an 86 with the 3.2L 915...fun car and the air cooled engine is just a blast. It was also a targa so the top was always off, without ruining the lines of the 911. I also had an 88. Transmission was much better and "easier" to driver. Both cars though...put a smile on my face. Also, if you can afford it go with BC...any old turbo 911 is a blast! Stay away from 944, 928

Morgan S' Photos on Razzi: Photo Sharing Here are some pics of my 86, I miss it! It needed some work, seats were beat up but can always be fixed. Keep that in mind when looking at older 911s
