Rims on the track..?
I have 20inch HRE p40s on my car and a track day coming up in the next month. I was wondering if you guys thought those wheels will be ok on the track? obviously this is a very high quality wheel and the performance is amazing since i got them, i just wanted to get some opinions on bringing them to the track. Normally you go with a smaller rim, do you think ill be fine with mine?

i say put the OEM 19" wheels on there. yes they weigh more than the 20" HRE's, but the tires on the 19" oem wheels are michelin cups.
your car will be better on the track with your original wheels. unless of course you have competition tires on your 20" HRE (toyos, hoosiers, cups, corsas, etc)

if it is your first time on the track with the P-car, you probably won't be able to outhandle the ps2 anyways.

Depending on the event, I know you can be bumped up a class if you dont have a factory option sized wheel. If your not concerned with competitive lap times then keep the HRE's
