The GTS was a manual. Some cars when dyno tested come out not as smooth just because of the tach reading and the smoothing that some cars produce.

Hey guys, I installed the fabspeed bypass cats and have some rasp/rattling/vibration sound when hammering it? Is that normal? Maybe a leak or bad install?

    thanks

Fred, is the sound you hear when Hammering it, the smae as when you start it cold and put it in sport mode right away? until mine warms up, its a bit raspy, and accentuated by Sportmode...after that, its only loud (not raspy) between 2.5 and 4k rpm while on it hard

The sleeve clamps that join the 2ndary bypass pipes to the muffler side maybe loose or see if there is anything touching. We had no issues with any kind of rattling or noise, it sounded great. I heard that when some cayenne's first start, it has a rattle like noise, which I heard is just the engine doing something because of the cold start and less back pressure. But it is not harmful in anyway.
