Yea basically all states have different rules for amount of Numbers,Letters,Spacing allowed. They will deny non-public friendly. Other than that it's just a slightly higher yearly registration fee ( at least here in IL )

cost is $41 for personalized plates.
Car is due to land in San Diego Dec 9th but then who knows when arrives at dealer. Some have key issues and could take weeks/months to arrive. Hope mine is not one of them!2001 CL600 (DARFVDR)
