Thread: The only 2 aftermarket exhaust system for2012 Porsche Boxster 981, both looking good~

Recently I decided to get rid of my 987, goin for the new Porsche Boxster S

all of my previous cars had been modified with aftermarket exhausts systems, never use either of these two exhaust system before

after checking their pic, videos, and description, they look dam fine!

IPE had their pic and videos posted, the sound in the video is fa-bu-lous, IPE also has full set for their exhaust system including the headers

decision time...

had their system be4, no question for the amazing sound it makes and quality of their system, hands down, just go for it

those overpass videos make any car exhaust sound amazing ..makes for a pretty biased sound dont you think ? not that its not a great looking product because it sure looks great !!! but please guys ,the oldest trick in the book is making a video with the car going under an overpass or in a car garage ..heck my neighbors CVCC sounds amazing in those underpasses .Please make an Idle sound video and NORMAL driving video in NORMAL streets as well as a balls out one then we can make a intelligent decision about the sound ..just saying

I would not jump on any AM exhaust just yet ,I did this when the 987 first came out and them BAM !! 5 more came out within months ... I am sure all the big boys @ Fabspeed ,Borla,Remus and Capristo will have some fine offerings as well ..then after hearing them all and looking at the Quality,Performance gains ,customer experience and certainally PRICE would I make a decision . at least wait for Fabspeed IMO ..they supply the ITC and Cayman Interseries cars Exhaust and Headers so they must be doing something right ? just my 2 cents but the IPE and Speedart look like what we expect from those 2 company ..Fantastic !!!

Just as I said ..Remus the worlds #1am manufacturer of exhausts just released a cat back exhaust today for the 981 ! This system deletes the secondary cats and there is no cel light on ! Sweet ! Up to 21 WHP has been recorded ...Wow!
