    Wheels draw me to the car mainly, if I don't like the wheels I won't look at the car

    I wouldn't pay a dealer for wheels. Ever. I probably wouldn't pay the 4K upgrade for the interior either unless it included electronics, nav and stereo. So with a choice of these two - interior.
    There are Carreras, and there is everything else.
