Porsche AG sells those cars to their US dealers - the dealer often has to pay the full amount before he even has the car in his showroom. When the car arrives the sale of this cars is your dealer's piece of cake, not Porsche AG Germany's. So your dealer is free to charge what ever he wants or think he could get for the car. That's the thing with MSRP: it's just a suggestion your dealer is not directly forced to obey...

porsche's are probably the worst cars when it comes to losing money right off the lot. I would wait a year then pick up this bad boy
