    Does the hood actually hit the ground when you open it? (Or I guess it's the trunk in this case.)

    And second, being a one piece "hood" including the fenders -- yikes ($$$) if you need to replace it.

    The windshield alone is evidently around $8k on the Spyder...couldnt imagine the whole front clam shell. It doesnt hit the ground on level surface, I assume it will on an un even incline though.
