Can someone convert an image into a vector file for me? I could paypal you if you would like for helping...

An image can not really be turned in to a vector file. The only way would be if it's turned in to very high contrast image then hand traced or auto traced. can you post up the image and I can give you a better idea..

+1 Is another important aspect is weather you want a color vector or black and white? Do post up the image so we can know what exactly are you looking for.
