    Looking to dump 1k or so into lighting setups...

    Any advice? Alien bees is looking pretty darn good right now.

    AB800s seem to be the way to go in my opinion.

    I've heard that the build quality as well as light consistency compared to profoto isnt as good. Been looking into this for a while as well.

    I have a set of B1600s. A bit over kill for my needs, but nice to know I have the power. I've had them for over a year now and I have no complaints.
