Old stuff from a museum exhibit
About a year ago, the High Museum held an exhibit entitled Allure of the Automobile. I thoroughly enjoyed it, as there were some incredible cars there, none looking out of place in an art museum.
Thought you guys might enjoy these.

^^The holy grail for Porsche people. This was flown in from Germany. It's the concept that started the whole thing lol.

^^Green Jag belonged to James Dean.

^^The most valuable car there, insured for just over $14m

^^I have an obsession with Tuckers. There are 37 left, I want to personally take pics of all 37 of them. I've taken pics of 2 so far. 35 left!

^^interior of Dean's Jag, on the left you can see the custom sunglass holder he had installed in the dash.

^^The arrow is removable.
I went back on the day after the exhibit closed, and was treated to some amazing engine sounds as the cars were unloaded from the museum and put on various shipping trucks to be sent home. With the exception of the Tucker and the Deusy. They were both driven home since the owners are local-ish. All of the cars were on loan from private collectors, and it really was a once in a lifetime opportunity to see some beautiful cars up close and personal. I still get goosebumps lol.Show me an angel and I will paint you one.
