Nikon 24-70mm.....Other options?
I really want to get a Nikon 24-70mm but can't really spend the $1,500 price on the lens...are there any other 24-70mm 2.8 out there that are cheaper but quality that you guys recommend?

I'd look at the Tamron 28-75mm. Very comparable image quality at about a third the price.

Yup, the 28-75 2.8 is FX. They also have a 17-50 2.8 that is DX only (the one I own and use the most).
