Hey Ashley, In my line of work, we work with a lot of talent agencies because we hire models all the time for print work, I get to see thousands of head shots and then portfolios. The ones that always stand out to me are the ones that go the extra mile to stand out in the crowed. Everyone has head shots but some are very unique. Candid shots, different layout or .......... I guess what I am trying to say is
#1 I would include actual photos of you in some previous jobs, on tv and so on
#2 The well known Photographers don't always do the best job because they fall in to a creative self confidence and they do the same thing over and over, some times is the young talent that blows your mind away with stuff you haven't seen before and that my friend is what I look for.
