Sorry, meant the orange Vette, not the yellow Camaro. Looks great.

Thanks, that's a real cool example to show how much post processing you do and how big an impact it makes. It goes from snapshot to magazine worthy. Sometimes it's tempting to think pros have magic cameras, but the reality is it takes time and skill to make the shot and then develop/process it.

Yeah, I was getting a lot of people asking me to please show what it looks like before and after. So, I thought maybe some of you might want to see an example of that. I see a photo as a diamond in rough. It could be beautiful but some work still needs to be done after it's taken. And some others are better raw material to work with than others. You gotta start with a strong image to get something nice.

Is there a before/after of any of the photos I have posted here that anyone would like to see?

I take it from some of your other posts that you light paint, particularly cars. Can you show before/after or segments you used to build one of the garage orange Vette shots, assuming that was composted?

PS, did you go to Duke?

I'll see what I can do for you once I get to my computer where I have all the files...

What do you mean if I went to Duke?

    Thanks

Your screen name here and on Diesel Station is Blue Devil. Was curious if you went to Duke or fought in WW2 (the other Blue Devils).

Oh yeah.. I wish I had a cool story as to why I have decided to use "Blue Devil" but... nah... nothing really worth saying... I just liked the way it sounded... lol

Anyway... here is a little look into how i work these photos:

Ok, so without giving too much away..... I wanted to help you see what goes on behind the photo. You see? 1 you take a picture. 2 you lose faith in yourself as a photographer. 3 you add some lights. 4 you hope for the best. 5 you make some photoshop voodoo magic happen. 6 you regain your confidence back. All of that in one shoot! see? easy!

If you want more... look in my facebook page.
