Have you tried Adolph Gasser or BorrowLenses.com?
Gasser is in SF, and the BorrowLenses people are mobile, but I think they have more glass than studio equipment

yea, it should be out on stands now. I also shot their "Maro Angelz" those photos will be on our site pretty soon.
