18-135 or 17-85mm Lens for Canon T3i?
Hey Guys n Gals,
I have a Canon T3i and the standard 18-50mm lens which is damaged, I also have a fixed 50mm 1.8 lens.
After looking around online for reviews etc the most recommended lenses for the T3i seemed to be 18-135mm and 17-85mm with the later getting better reviews.
I need a good all aorund lens for taking mostly car pics and some travel pics. But Mostly car shots. It shouldnt cost an arm and a leg either. If you had a choice of one of the above lenses which one would you choose and recommend. Thanks Guys.EURO 04 M3 Current Mods: GC DA's, Eibach Sways, INTRAVEE II + Alpine KCA-420i, Black Roundels, ///MFEST Badges, Depo's, EAS Screen protector for OEM 16:9 display, VCSL Bumper + Race Lip + CF Boot + CF Rear Diffusor, DIETZ TV in Motion, Z8 Starter Button, Lamin-X, GM SMG Paddles, PF RTABs, RE RCAs, OEM CSL Steering, OEM CSL interior, OEM CSL Intake, EVOLVE Alpha-N Tune, BBS CH's, FX-R Projectors + 3k D2S, ST40's 355mm, DINAN Rear Strut Brace, BW Oil Cooler

I picked up an 18-135 a few weeks ago and I'm pretty happy with it for a walk-around lens. I used it at a car show yesterday and it was really nice to just need one lens.
