    I am just playing with my camera, I have no skill or experience as a photographer.

    What camera are you using? You want to be careful with what is in the frame, like in the first pic you have the main subject cut off.

    as practice, look up the RULE of THIRDS and ways to improve depth of view.

    Once you get used to the basics, then you can go for fun different angles on stuff as well, see what you can come up with! You kind of develop an eye for it after a while!
