    Default PAWSWalk 2010

While everyone at NWAS has a deep-seated passion for cars, their passions extend beyond the automotive world. PAWS, whose motto is "people helping animals," is a non profit organization that rehabilitates wildlife, shelters and adopts companion animals, and educates the public on how to make a better world for our furry friends. This year, Northwest Auto Salon was one of the main sponsors of the annual PAWSWalk fundraiser. PAWSWalk was a gathering of hundreds of dog owners for a 5K walk in Seattle's Magnuson Park. The total amount raised came close to $200,000! Not only was Northwest Auto Salon a sponsor this year though; our own SilverSurfer was the highest single fund raiser! Congrats Ben and Bronx!

    "The Boooooy" aka His Bronxness

So after the walk was all finished they had a best trick competition and I was really impressed. This guy is balancing snacks on his nose and feet and then when she said to he flipped them up and ate them.

This dog obviously can fly so thats a pretty neat trick

    Judges liking what they see

This one would bark the number of fingers the woman held up

    I want an Aussi puppy!

Doesn't this one look like its driving with its arm on the door frame? lol

    Some big ole Irish Wolfhounds

These two won the look alike contest...go figure haha

Right after they announced that his silverness won the fundraiser award!

Anyway, thanks for reading and if you want to check out the rest of the album go to:

Congrats to SS and the NWAS Crew!
A world where medical advances allow us to live forever is a terrifying thought...
