Thinking about going this weekend and looking for a new site to set camp.

Went to lil goose dam a few years back, a really deserted area. Cell phones dont work, the closest corner store was about 5miles away, nobody was camping there but US. Snake river provided some GREAT dock side fishing, catching something almost every 5 min with 25+lbs catfish at night.

I want to go there again, but i got word that the area where we went to is now paved and turned into a RV lot, so i would have to drive even further east adding onto the 5hr drive.

I was wondering if anyone here knows of a great camp site that is not really occupied by alot of campers, that style of camping gets boring. But not such a far drive from seattle, 3-4 is what im looking for but if its a good spot il drive an extra 2 if needed.

P.S. Really looking for a great fishing spot, or a great crabing/oystering spot.
