Thread: Greatings from Boston!

Hey all-

Spending the summer up in Boston, missing my NYers, -but having a good time. Thought I'd share some shots of my time up here so far. It's been cool, until tonight. Someone STOLE my brand new indoor car cover from BMW (freakin' $250! from Tischer!) Anyway, the car is fine...just super pissed that someone would violate my stuff like that. For those of you in the area, I'm a monthly parker in the Boston Common Garage. Seemed like a really nice garage...until tonight.

Anyway, enjoy the shots. Can't wait to get back to NY and maybe catch those Thurs. night MAC meets, and then of course BIMMERSTOCK/GCC!!

The Boston Common garage is nice but it's a popular spot to park on weekends for nightclubs, especially in the summer. So there are a lot of people going in and out, never know who's gonna see your car. I went to school at Suffolk right next to where you're staying. I've run a lot of nightlife & events for a few years and still have friends who are deep into the biz, so if you need anything just let me know.

sucks about the cover. i parked at boston common many times and nothing happened to any of my cars... do people use covers there? (i park there for clubs, never pay attention to that).

I've been to Boston on some short weekend before, but living here is a very different experience....still have to stop and think when someone says "nice cahhhh"...seriously, it's CAR ya crazy Massachusites!!

It's been a nice change from NY (except stuff closes redic early, lol)

I'll def be taking some more pics as my time here winds down. I definetly want to get out to the Lars Auto Museum too. (Heard there are some random "cars and coffee" meets out there sometimes).

The next event at Larz is Tutto Italianos, which will be a good one, but I'm afraid you'll be headed back home by then.

If you do end up there, stop by the Lambo area and say hi.

Hey again. Time is almost up here in Boston. Finally got out to the Larz Anderson Auto Museum (lot's of local events there). Even though I brought my DSLR, the pics didn't come out that freat. Anyway, thought I would share anyway. They have an amazing collection as well as some great cars on loan. Enjoy!

Nah. Back in NY now. Great museum, great town.

I was able to catch the beginning of the "Bull Rally" @ Faneuil Hall, great cars there.

bull rally? are you talking about the Tutto Italiano Rally we had through Boston?
