My experience with Martino Auto Concept - MAC -
Hey guys. I just wanted to share some experiences Ive had with my newest favorite automotive facility. I went to MAC for the first time last year with my girlfriends car. Someone had backed into her car the 2nd day she had it with 44 miles on it. I heard so many great things about MAC that I decided to give them a try. Immediately I was greeted by Joe and Derek and a tour of their facility was given. It was love at first sight
All of those exotics in the same place made me feel like a kid in a candy store. From this point on Joe took care of everything. My GF didn't have to call the insurance company once. He set up the appointment with the adjuster, showed them the car, and even had a loaner car from enterprise waiting for us when we got there. When the car was ready I was amazed. It looked like it was never hit or worked on. We never told anyone that the car was worked on and no one had ever asked "was this front bumper repainted"? Its been in service twice since and not even the dealer asked. Joe knew that I wanted to tint her windows and he suggested that I have this done while the car was in the shop being repaired. Normally you cant roll down the windows for 3-5 days so this would cut back on that trouble in the future. The shop is as close to perfection as you can get. MAC did an excellent job on the windows. Between their awesome customer service and the quality of work has made them my favorite automotive facilities. Ever since May I have send a handful of people from all around NY to have their cars repaired and modded at MAC. Each and every one of these people came back to me with only the best to say about them. It makes me feel good that Joe and Derek took care of my friends and family as if it were their own family.
This past September was the Gold Coast Concours and Bimmerstock. Ive been attending car meets, gatherings, and fund raisers for the past 16 years. I can honestly say Ive never seen anything more organized than that event. On top of that my friends and I had an awesome time. Between the food that was served, the free monster energy drinks, the gift bag, raffles, and live band how could anyone have a bad time? The best part about it is MAC and all of the attendees managed to raise nearly $20,000 for diabetes research. Volunteers from the Diabetes Research Institute were present that day and they were shocked at the hundreds of cars and people that showed. I'm all for cars, fun, and helping others out in need. I cant wait for Bimmerstock 2011 September 25
I'm confident that this will be the best one yet and that the Diabetes Research Institute will be swept off their feet with donations.

Thanks so much for the kind words!!

Maybe we can keep this thread going here...
I wanted to share this little thank you posted on another board we sponsor. Although we only painted a M3 spoiler for this guy, he was so thrilled it made us all happy, and I love his point of treating every job the same- whether it be a spoiler or a ground up custom build.
