Thread: Canada Grand Prix F1 Montreal 06/10/11 - 06/13/11

I just saw the race from this year yesterday on Speed. The first 20 laps... some of the best F1 I've seen.

Yeah, Montreal is one of my favorite tracks. It's awesome for live viewing as you watch the race inside of it. Easy to move around from one turn to another.

unlike nurburgring when i had to walk like 5 miles after finding out we parked on the wrong parking lot ;o

I'd be down haha! 5 minutes away lmfao :P If a large amount of member's would be interested I could organize something for hotel's and maybe some clubbing after?

Davi, we'll keep in touch. I have few potential local goers from Boston area. Now if L4P members are interested too.

When I was in Montreal for F1 in 2007 we had to book hotel somewhere near the airport and then take shuttle to the train station and about 30minute commute to Jacques Drapeau (sp?)

I don't think clubbing will be as much fun as any other weekend as basically all ~100.000 visitors are male and therefore clubs will feature sausage fests lol.

Ok we'll go out for drink's then, somewhere on Cresent you should check in booking near downtown, obviously might be more expensive but will be definitely worth it!

I'll keep looking. If you know any inexpensive hotels, I'd be game. Prices of hotels in downtown are doubled for the F1 so I doubt I'll be staying anywhere around there.
