Thread: House Warming + Memorial Day BBQ + RUN!!!

Hey Guys/Girls..

Some of you already know that I moved to my new apartment and I probably also mentioned that I wanted to do something when I finally settled -- well, what better time to do it then on Memorial Day? At first I was planning on doing it on Sunday (the 30th) but my neighbor who is also new to the building and is pretty cool is not going to be available and she and I both wanted to invite our friends to have a big shindig at our "new place" so now the plan is to have it on Memorial day.

So here is the plan: we plan to buy all the supplies beforehand. She already knows how many people she will invite and I kind of too. From both sides, we expect somewhere around 20-25 people but this can be more or less. Since it will be impossible to buy stuff when everyone gets here, we will buy it before hand and we will make sure that the supplies aren't more than $15 per person.

Also, we have a 40 person pool, a pool hall, a club room in case it gets hot and you just wanna lounge on the big sofas and my apartment.


Date/Time: Memorial Day, May 31st @ 11:30am

What to bring: $15 per person + BYOB if you want to drink.

Family/Kids: Yes, bring your family, the more the merrier. Kids are free of course.

Parking Situation: At the end of the block next to the church, there is ample parking. Also, there is guest parking on the side of my building. Besides that, there is lots of street parkng everywhere. SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD (come on its Westchester!!)

Food: There will be hot dogs, steaks, burgers, sausages, tons of food, drinks, etc etc. The $15 takes care of it all!

The Run: Those who would like to participate, we will clear out and do a nice run on RT 22 towards upper white plains later in the day and that will conclude our memorial day. The route and all has been prepared so we're good!

I'm sure you're gonna have a kick ass mem day also! I was just out in your neck of the woods last month(Santa Cruz). Always love visiting the west coast And that drive on route 17..sweett

Guys, also.. can you please let me know how many guests you will be bringing so we know how much food to buy? (wives, GF's, mistresses, children, other peoples children... etc)
