Thread: where to rent or borrow and enclosed car trailer?

i need one in the next moth or so to go pick up my buddy's restored 67 camaro and need to know where to get it.

Where are you picking it up from and where do you need it droped off at?

well if i borrow it up here i will return it up here. i'll pull it empty to NC and drop it off once we unload the car.

Oh ok. I thought you needed a car picked up in like NY or PA and taken to NJ. I did not know you needed to run to NC. If it was somewhat local I would be willing to help.

thanks man. yeah it is about 500 miles each way. and i just need to find a trailer and hopefully a 20 ft light weight one. i need to pull it with my 1500. and it's rated at 7500lbs. so if car is ~3500 and we have ~1k in people and gear that leaves me with ~3k lbs for the trailer.

I have a 34 footer. I would need to take the race car and golf cart out so that is why I wanted to see if it was close I could do it in a day for you.

i appreciate it, very much. but it is a semi long haul and i think your trailer would be all my truck could handle empty. but the thought of helping is very much appreciated!!!
