Default Super Car Road Trips - New York?

    Hello everyone!

As some of you may know, Super Car Road Trips is just a group of people who get together and drive their super cars. Anyone is welcome to come along. The only reason it's actually organized is so people can have a group of people they trust to get reservations and a good guide for whatever area we go to see some cool sites that cater to exotic owners.

For the September event I was asked what would be a good year end finale. I said, Manhattan to Boston.

Obviously the first question with that is, would their be enough attendees to make it happen?

So now I'm pitching it to you guys. How many of you would love to drive your exotics from Manhattan to Boston on a Sunday, dine at a fine restaurant, and then see some cool sites?

Remember, other than purchasing your food and gas, the event costs nothing! You just show up and we drive.

What are thoughts, ideas, etc. to make this happen. I'm telling you, I would LOVE for our New England group, our CT group, and our NY group to be together for one big event.

    Allen

Sounds like a good time. Maybe leave Saturday evening and drive up to Boston. Have a good dinner, club it. Sight see Sunday and then us NY/NJ guys could drive home. It's like what... 4hrs???

Dood, I'm down... this sounds like a great idea. We buy cars to drive so this is a great opportunity. I have some friends that may want to come as well but I am not promising anything. If in fact, it does look organized and things look sharp, I will go out and scout.

From Manhattan to Boston it's almost exactly 4 hours. It's like 4 hours and 9 minutes by the sun dial.

What kind of cars are you talking for friends?

No worries he already said "ANYONE is welcome to come along"...plus if you ask me I'd tell you your IS300 is more SUPERcar than most of these "exotics"...automatics with traction control monitoring every inch of gas and steering input they do so god forbid they feel the car's true form.

if there is trouble never think twice ...put a bertone badge on your car...thats exotic lol
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,
Torque is how far you take the wall with you.

I'm going to post up a registration form for the MA to NH event. It's going to be great! You can check it out and get back to me on what you think.
