it's still happening, my computer fried itself a couple weeks ago and havent been able to get a new one, so updates have been random

it's not going to be huge though, theres a few guys bringing the supra's up, and i couldn't pull anyone else really to come up, too far for them.

i'll update later today with an approximate of people coming.

we're trying to do a bit of grilling and such, someone's bringing a truck with a grill, i was gonna bring a cooler with food items, still need people to bring drnks/plates/garbage bags(cant be sure that the park has enough)

I can bring a few things but not much since I'll be riding down, like plates/garbage bags/napkins/utensils small stuff

details:

caravan: 1st meeting spot: Clinton Diner, rt.78 NJ(its the one with the rail car sticking out of it)
2nd spot: 249 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford, CT, it's called the Bridgeport Flyer Diner(good food if you get there early)
from the 2nd spot it's about 2mins back onto rt95N to rt1 into RI, from there it's side roads to Bristol and the park

food things: i'm bringing drinks, water/soda/juices,
someone else coming on bike is bringing forks and plates
still needed is actual food and the grill which i think someone here said they'd bring.

final numbers: not many really, i think i choose a bad week between various auto club track days and for most poeple the distance, i'd like to make it annual so next year maybe a little later in the year and maybe CT instead. anyways, numbers: 10-15 i'm expecting, if more show then great. there will be someone coming who is a photographer, i don't know if he's planning on taking pictures or just enjoying the day off, so no garentees.

I'm in 100% for Sunday, I will bring my cameras to get photos/video (as you mentioned above) and some cash so we can order some food if no one brings the grill. I just looked to see how far you guys are coming and DAMN!haha
I'm have 3 possibly 4 other people that will be going/meeting us there.
Also if you need me to get there early to grab a few spaces let me know, it usually gets pretty busy on nice days

yea, i thought about time today. i'm aiming for 12pm(noon) arrival time, sunday shouldn't be bad on traffic in the early am, so i shouldn't be late. i'll have to make a detour to pick my dad up from my sisters house in CT but it's only 2 miles from the 2nd stop point.

the more thet merrier. if you can grab a few spots great, if other groups show up and mix in, no biggie.
