+1 to everything King Among Kings said.
Birdman not rapping "real music" is weak criticism, and completely useless as a statement. You can find people like this in all genres.18 y/o, automotive photographer and enthusiast

Well i dont listen to much of his song but music is subjective. You and i hate what he raps about but someone might like it. I might hate the music you listen too but im sure that wont stop you from listening
And because he wants too thats why. Why do you drive what you drive? Why do you wear what you wear? Why do you listen to the music you listen too? because you like it!
Im sure the reason he hasnt retired yet is because he is passionate about his job and he loves what he does. Last time i checked this was a free country so why should he stop making millions of dollars every year just because a few people dont like it....

Id have to agree that Birdman isn't the best rapper. And I also agree with King Among Kings 100%. I only listen to rap and hip hop but id never disrespect any other genre or the people who listen to those genres.

King you nailed it.
Most of his wealth has come from his position with Young Money/Cash Money, not his own record sales.
I think this is why they're hating

I agree no one should hate on someones success , I didn't.
But you think its ok for this racist to call white people crackers in his songs.
And you think its ok that he slaps bitches.
Then you would also think its ok if I make a song and say "make money like that N----- Birdman" in it?
People who think that is a problem would just be sipping haterade!2006 Lotus Exige "277 Whp-177 Tq" 2009 BMW X5 4.8, 2007 Nissan Frontier SE

Honestly that wouldn't bother me not one bit.
I think its funny how people who don't like hip hop or rap go listen to it just to talk bad about it. Id never waste my time listening to something I knew I wasnt going to like just to come on here and talk bad about. And at the end of the day he basicly said white people get money. And as for the slapping of the bitches...... this is rap not disney tones smh

Its kind of how the world works these days... the less talented yet better marketed people seem to prevail.
Celion Dion is an unbelievable talent... yet her record sales pale in comparison to the computer generated/robot sounding Britney Spears...
A rapper like Common is 10x more talented than Birdman yet he will never get the public notoriety that Birdman does... or the record deals and so on.
Whole buncha BS to me but then again from Birdmans perspective.... why stop? Hes making money which is all he cares about. You honestly think he cares if he goes into the rapper hall of fame with guys like Nas, Jay, Common and Eminem?
Whole game is f'ed beyond belief.
