Default My little brother needs some criticism on his music

He makes all of the beats and is the male singer/rapper. Here is some of his music:

Some guy on some other forum: You can sleep in a car, but you can't race a house.

Criticism it is: The samples are completely flat and obviously has not been ran through any mastering program (if it has the tech should be fired). The lyricism is nothing special and the hooks are not catchy at all. The voice doubling (chorus effect) is done wrong and the melodyne falls off on a lot of parts. Other than that, I can say I have heard worse; with a lot of polishing and a proper producer this could sound good.
    It's not enough to succeed.
    Others must fail.
