Thread: Pop/punk band that can seriously dominate the radio

While at work surfing the net like I shouldn't be, I usually like to look up really "low viewed young bands" to see potential and came across my cousin's band, coincidentally enough.

I'm not recording pro but after listening to some of their songs these kids can definitely top radio charts and beat "boy bands" like One Direction no problem in my opinion and won't be hated on by males since they actually use instruments.

Anyways, just to confirm I'm not going insane and to continue to spend time here so I can look busy, am I the only one who thinks this has radio potential?

It isn't un-listenable but it sounds dated. Sounds like you would have heard it on the radio in the 90's or something and the singers voice is very monotone and doesn't show any range. Granted, it isnt really my type of music so I could be missing the entire point.

im also like you! im always looking for "up and comers" to write about, i actually found this site because of a hip hop artist on youtube people were posting about on here, but this band has serious potential, i dont know about better than one direction as far as production but, im sure if they had the same recording budgets as those kids they may be on the same level, never know!
