There are people who knows who he is, and those are the people giving away the bike. Why the police don't question them I have no idea. Either way, entertaining videos and he has some major talent.

That video was nuts... dude's doing nearly 200mph and pulling a wheelie, not to mention all three of them getting a pretty good lean on for just under 200mph through some of those turns too. Not even like it's some nice and smoothly paved track, dang!
