Update: pics from today May 29
I put together a quick CAD drawing of the struts I was having a buddy CNC for me. Then did a quick 3D render. The white is supposed to be brushed steel, although due to not applying bump maps and rendering at a higher res, it looks white. You get the idea.
I also put together another CAD drawing of some Brass Knuckles that I am using in place of the ugly side pegs. Still some welding until they are done. Here are my CAD drawings in raw reality.
A few coats of some flat black.

Then a carbon accent with a shot of one of the pegs.

Strut on the bike.

How she sat prior to me taking it for a rip around the block. OK a few rips around the block. It needs a good tune! Fun as fvck though!!

License Plate bracket. Final seat mount. Tune up, and go time!

nice bratrod i really like the stance, r you planning on doing an custom stretching/molding to the tank, i think that would really set this bike off.

Looks good, I always like bobbers. But I ride crotch rockets. Anyway you did a phenomenal job on it, I like the white walls and the chrome motor contrasts really nice with the matte black. I would do the tank matte black as well but thats just me. Otherwise its really nice.

I love bobbers. I have a very new 2003 vrod anniversary that I'd love to convert. It's new because it only has 2000 miles on it. It was sitting at my loft, just moved to our garage here in Seattle. Now it's just sitting here doing nothing.
