I had one for about 2 weeks. Just didn't do it for me. I much prefer my 450 motard bike or my r6 for my riding style.

Sounds like the hypermotard may not be the way to go. The Aprilla is nice, but doesn't look any more comfortable really. Let me check out some of the other suggestions.

it won't be, none of the motards will be comfortable so to speak. i think what they meant is there are alot of cheaper options out there in the way of motards for the kind of riding you want to do
i just showed the aprilla joking bc he had one in his avatar lol. it is nice though

You definitely do not want a motard for highway type commutes.

How is the ride for a passenger on the hyper? Is it a little more comfortable than a 600, or comparable to a Ninja 650r?
