Honda to Harley
I've got an 05 Honda 600RR. I love the bike, but it's starting to wear on me with the ergonomics and the cardboard seats. I know I could upgrade them, but I've kept the bike stock. I'm looking to sell it and hit the Harley train. I went by the local Harley shop and really liked the Dyna. Anyone here have a Dyna and know what kind of used price I should look for? I'm looking at a 2008 or newer model. Any issues to be aware of or details to look for?
Thanks-

Kunal. I had a Dyna Lowrider for a few years. Did a full lowering kit, Drag bars, Wide Glide chrome front end. 21" twisted spoke front, 18 in rear. super low. Made 89 HP with mods

Corbin Seat, Hurts FWD controls. I could go on.. BEST HARLEY I HAVE EVER OWNED! PERIOD!!!! You will ot regret it. These bike can be made fast (for a Harley) Things to look at. If you plan on doing serious modding get a CARB bike not FI. ALthough I think that maybe be hard to find as Harley is changing to all FI.
anyhow.
Onto buying, pls be sure to buy only and after you have the bike inspected and or verified by Harley. There are aftermarket frames out there. SO make sure its legit. CHeck the VIN. call the closest dealer to where the bike is located. Have them pull up service records. Last thing you want is someone to sell you a ODOMETER swapped bike or a wrecked bike with a new front end on it.
HOpe this helps..
