    Default Hotels In Chicago

    I'm looking to go down to Chicago with my woman for a long weekend and was wondering what hotels you guys would recommend? I've heard the James, W, and Dana hotels are pretty tight. I'm looking for someplace that's really sweet and isn't just a regular hotel. Something that sort of has that WOW factor to it. Any ideas would be great.

    I like the W hotels but I am also an SPG member so I am biased. The marriots I have stayed at downtown I really did not like much. The Omni was nice also.

    All the options in this thread are good so far.

    Also, I remember MTK had a Chicago visit thread a long time back, that hotel looked good as well.
