    Default Places to rent and party in chicago

    I was wondering if any of you that live around the chicago area know a place i could rent out for new years to party. 8 to 10 ppl. for like 400 max a night. and that the neighbors wouldnt snap if i had drinks and shit. thanks

    i havent found anywhere on there that would meet my wants for it. its pretty much 8 to 10 people. a lot of drinks a reasonable price. hot tub and smoking yes. lol the people that are renting them out are like you cant have this many people and that if i jus try to bring them in they would check etc. lol
    its a hassle
