Chicago: Where to eat?
I'll be in Chicago on Saturday with the wife for a show at the Bank of America Theater (18 W. Monroe). Looking for a recommendation for dinner in the vicinity. Nothing ridiculously fancy where I have to know someone to get in or mortgage my house to pay the bill. Just something nice...maybe unique...something new. Something besides a tourist trap. I know we have lots of Chi city locals...so lets here your recommendations. Thanks!!

Werd! We went b4 a show on a bz thurs night so we had to use our connections to get a table at the bar.
However, plenty of other people reserved ahead of time and had a great table at the restaurant.
Def a date place - its no Alinea but gets the job done b4 theatre.
Wat play are you watching?

While Sunda is great - it is not a date place. With communal tables and loads of hotties at everywhere - its hard to concentrate on your date.
If you like eye candy and dont mind the loud atmosphere - Sunda is A++
