Default MN Head Count

I doubt this thread will have much play, but maybe we can change that.

I had to Google Map "Tower, MN".. Um yeah, that doesn't represent the Twin Cities.

Honestly this place is underrated. I spend 1-2 months a year in Chicago and I'd compare MPLS/St.Paul to a smaller version of Chitown. 8 months of the year, this place is unstoppable, and the last 15 years or so, the winters have not been what they used to be.. Global Warming 4TW.

You aren't hanging out in the right places in Chii then

I've been to the cities a few times while visiting friends at UWEC and UWLAX and I've never been impressed with their night scene.

I heard once it was one of the blues music capitals of the country. If thats true, that would make it a wonderful place.

Well I'm not much of a night club kinda guy, but don't get me wrong, I like Chicago, but I like MPLS better.

What do you enjoy doing? I find a hard time believing the 3rd largest city in the country can't provide you proper entertainment

It's not the lack of entertainment, it's the amount of effort involved with getting anywhere. The distances and the time(and tolls) bug the sh*t out of me. There are other negatives I see with the city, but that's all personal preference..

Otherwise, I love food, cars, and have tons of family there. In general, I'm entertained in Chitown, but I'm always tired of it and ready to leave by the end of each trip there.
