    Default Detailed & Delivered!

    2009 Ferrari 430 Scuderia Coupe
    Nero

I picked it up Saturday afternoon and delivered it Sunday evening, fully detailed and delivered spotless with our enclosed transport! I wanted to get more pictures but I had a lot of work to stay on top of to make sure this vehicle was finished on time.

After inspecting the engine bay and making sure everything is secured, we begin the initial rinse:

We spray a gentle degreaser on the engine components and aluminum structure:

Since much of the engine compartment is caged in carbon fiber, we will not be using any brushes for this - Rather a brand new genuine sheepskin wash mitt and the foam gun to clean it just like it was an exterior carbon fiber panel. After it is cleaned, we rinse with deionized water and start washing the vehicle:

    The vehicle is blow dried:

    Clearcoat restoration:

Finished engine bay pictures. I polished the carbon fiber by machine to bring back a high gloss finish.

    Final pictures & delivery:

What did you use to clean the rear window (and keep from putting swirls in the lexan?)

You could use a very mild abrasive toothpaste and some plain water, but I use a product called Brillianize for lexan, LCD displays, motorcycle windshields, etc... I really like it and it's very easy to use.

Spot the sun in the photos and you can see how swirled it was before I detailed it with a Stage IV & Two Stage Light Polish!

    Before/After Two Stage Light Polish:

Specific tape is used on weatherstripping, clear film edges, non-painted surfaces, decals, emblems, and more to protect them from the polishing pad:

Jesus please tell me that car had some miles on it to justify those swirls.
East bound and down, loaded up and truckin',
we're gonna do what they say can't be done.
