sell car or transfer it out of your name , there has to be some options that someone here on LP4 could give. Do something , dont sit back .

If you paid her medical bills, she has no recourse if she was cleared by the doctor. The only ploy she may use is undue stress, but if she was seen by medical professionals and it was not noted, you should have a strong case.
It's unfortunate that people are so quick to sue in our society. The strain it puts on our stretched thin legal system is a joke. My advice, counter-suit to bleed her dry.
