Thread: 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG pricing announced ( US )

Sales for the new 2012 Mercedes ML 63 AMG are due to begin in the US market in March.

Ahead of the launch, the model will start at $95,865 - this includes the $875 destination charge.

The new model is powered by AMG's 5.5-liter V8 biturbo engine that generates 518 hp (386 kW / 525 PS) and 516 lb-ft (699 Nm) of torque. Customers looking for a little extra can improve the factory model with the AMG Performance Package which boosts the V8's output to 550 hp (410 kW / 558 PS) and a maximum torque of 560 lb-ft (758 Nm).

The standard model can accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 4.6 seconds and has a top speed that is electronically limited to 155 mph (250 km/h). Those opting for the Performance Package will see 0.1 seconds shaved off the acceration figure and the electronic speed limiter is removed to raise the top speed up to 174 mph (280 km/h).

Gorgeous but I really never seen a point in high performance SUV like this and X5M, X6M etc.

I agree 100%. The old ML 63 looked way more muscular.

Did anyone order one yet?

never been a big fan of the ml but this one looks good and the performance is pretty damn good as well

The new ML is a beast!
Would like to see some comparisons between the X5M and Cayenne Turbo.
